Complete the Form: Please fill in all the details in the form carefully. Incomplete forms may not be considered. It is important to describe how your project will benefit the parishioners of Dyrham and Hinton Parish.

Email Your Application: Once you have completed the form, please email it back to us at mail@dyrhamandhinton.org. Ensure that all supporting documents are included.
